We sell accessories for Nintendo Switch devices. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We may also discontinue products at any time without prior notice
3. Orders and Payments
Placing an order with us constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via instant eft. Prices are in Rand and are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping
We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. We are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred by third-party carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via DM or amy@switchswitchbish.co.za or nay@switchswitchbish.co.za to organize. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Warranty
Our products are covered by a 3-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us via dm or amy@switchswitchbish.co.za or nay@switchswitchbish.co.za with your proof of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
